The Three Musketeers

The Three Musketeers is a 17th-century French adventure story about the young d’Artagnan who travels to Paris to join the king’s musketeers but instead befriends three seasoned musketeers: Athos, Porthos, and Aramis. Together, they become entangled in political intrigue, dueling, and dangerous quests that pit them against the schemes of Cardinal Richelieu and the villainous Milady de Winter. The plot follows their adventures as they protect the honor of Queen Anne and work to thwart the cardinal’s plan to seize more power.
